Online Booking ticketing system
Valo Motio Oy (Business ID: 2778541-8) sells group bookings to individuals of legal age in Finland. Group bookings grant access to the event space ValoHalli located in Melkonkatu 23, 00210 Helsinki. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices.
Bookings are conducted through Roller (https://www.roller.software/) a provider of online bookings. Roller represents and warrants that it will comply with all privacy and data protection laws in the jurisdictions in the Territory in which the Services are live and available for use by any Attendee within a Park, here ValoHalli.
Products are ordered in the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and paying for the chosen products at the online store checkout.
All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order is only used for the delivery of the order and identifying the correct when accessing ValoHalli for clarifying any enquiries or ambiguities. The contact information is not used for any other messaging, if the customer did not separately give permission for marketing messages to be sent. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agreed to the terms and conditions at any given time.
In Valo Motion Oy's online store, you can pay with the following payment methods:
- Visa and Mastercard
- Google Pay
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, the order confirmation will be sent to your email. Sending confirmation messages requires providing a valid email address when ordering. The order confirmation will include your booking number.
Confirmed orders will be sent as an electronic ticket product including booking number to the email address you provided. You will need to provide the booking confirmation when accessing ValoHalli. Both digital and printed ticket and card products are accepted as proof of purchase. In addition you’ll need to provide a proof of identity.
Exchange and return conditions
We do not exchange or redeem products purchased from Valo Motion's online booking store. (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, 6. luku, 16 § (30.12.2013/1211)). You may have the option to change a booked service to a new booking date. The terms and conditions for each product are stated in the respective product descriptions.
In case of a Dispute
We are not responsible for problems caused by other parties (e.g. payment providers) when placing an order.
We reserve the right to not deliver products, for example, due to a system error, products have been ordered at a substantially incorrect price or incorrect hours of operations. In this case, we can cancel the order and return the amount of the order to the customer.
